We want every family to feel completely comfortable trying our classes. If you are not satisfied with your child's experience, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (the Merchant of Record for all our orders). To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net, enter the email used at checkout, and follow the link to request a refund, or
  2. Email us at Umudrammeh@icloud.com and we'll initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

After the 30-day window

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account page; you will not be charged for future months. Partial-month refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis (illness, relocation, etc.) — please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
